About 1 km away from the center of the village is the heart of the bay of Aheloy which is divided by a small cape. There is a small port for yachts and fish boats behind the cape. The neat resort complex Marina Cape is currently under construction on the cape. It will comprise 330 apartments. They will be built on an area of 30 000 square meters where the land is elevated about 10 meters above the sea level.

Currently, 6 big apartments having area more than 150 square meters are offered to customers as well as 30 studios, 166 single bedroom apartments, 76 double bedroom apartments and two apartments with three bedrooms. Almost all ground floor apartments will have their own garden. The others will have terraces and balconies. This architectural solution manifests the concept of Marina Cape: to inspire a sense of community and at the same time to ensure calmness, ease and privacy.

It has more than 25-year experience and currently has what is probably the best working organization and the best experts and equipment along the South Black Sea Coast Midia has the capacity to built 7 complexes like Marina Cape each year.

Only materials of high-quality will be used in construction. Everything – from the tiles in the bathroom through the windows and doors to the air-conditioning will be carefully selected by both the investor and the contractor. The underlying idea of the design is that the unique location and architectural design should be supplemented by first-class construction so that Marina Cape can become a part of the century-old history of Aheloy.

The apartments are situated in 14 sectors having one or two entrances with separate elevators. A small commercial street will be built at the northern part of the complex and within the complex there will be physicians (a general practitioner and a pediatric specialist), a small dental clinic, bank office, spa center, a fitness center and squash hall.
