The village of Priseltci is only 10 km away from Varna. 7 km of the road is a highway and the rest of it is a first class road. It would take you up to 8-10 min to drive to the centre of Varna. The road in its entire lengh is surrounded by forest shelters. While driving you could enjoy the wonderful view from the city of Varna and its surroundings. The village of Priseltci is situated some 190 m above the sea level. It is located 5 km away from thebeach and the distance between the beach and the village offers a beautiful mixture of oak, acacia and pine-tree. The village is famous for its fruit tree gardens. There are mostly cherry trees and they represent some of the best sorts in Bulgaria. The spring in Priseltci is amazing. The cherry trees and the acacia forest fill up the spring's air with the fragrance of freshness.

The air in Priseltci is incredibly fresh. The village is weater-beaten. When the East wind blows, you feel the sea freshness, when the North and West wind blow you feel all the fragrances from the forests.

Back in the time, during the Bulgarian Kingdom, the village of Priseltci had been more than famous among people with lung diseases.

At present there are about 25 UK citizens who live in the village of Priseltci. They have bought their homes some time ago and were so happy with the place that have moved here for good.

The plot we have discovered is located in the South side of the village with a beautiful view towards the oak forests. The plot is 3 759 sq.m. The plot offers all necessary infrastructure-an asphalt road, electricity, water, telephone, cable TV, internet and excellent mobile reception.
